Our properties are well maintained and regularly inspected, and are all licensed by the local authority. We have a good team of builders, who maintain our properties, so our tenants generally do not have problems.

We take pride in providing a prompt response to any minor problems that do arise and we have a tried and tested team of sub-contract tradesmen who provide cover for us in respect of plumbing, electrical or building works.

In return we expect our tenants to pay promptly, to maintain decent standards of hygiene and cleanliness and to avoid undue nuisance or disruption to their colleagues and neighbours.
